A fully detailed resume is available on request.
I have spent a large proportion of my working career within fast paced environments, where the need for flexibility within changing roles and responsibilities is vital. Many of my jobs have focused on face to face association with people - in both in Australia and the United Kingdom where I spent ten years. These roles often required a level of staff supervision, high customer service and support, and an ability to respond quickly and effectively to both employer and customer requirements. I also spent quite some considerable time in the entertainment industry (music and television) so also have experience in the varied aspects of this business.
At the end of my time in the entertainment industry I took on the role of assistant property manager (and was then promoted to the property manager) of an exclusive appartment complex. This lasted for my final four years in London. This position included some concierge services and relied on a need to be aware and flexible to the requirements of my clients. Many of these skills have been listed for your information. On returning to Australia, I took on some long term contracts within multinational companies, returning to customer service roles which I had done at the beginning of my career.
In early 2006, I realised that there were probably a lot of individuals and small businesses who needed help from time to time but didn't want the hassle of hiring someone and then having to deal with their tax and superannuation issues. I understood that they might only need assistance one or two days a week (or month or year) - or one or two days full stop!
